You Have to be Imperfect to be Real!

“There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful, than a woman being unapologetically herself; comfortable in her perfect imperfection. To me, that is the true essence of beauty.”
―    Steve Maraboli

As I was looking through a series of fashion blogs, girls who are 5’9″, even taller, uniquely pretty and skinny like real models, I was thinking to myself, where do I stand as a blogger? Is my blog worthy of your time, would you prefer to look at the almost perfect girls because they look like the models you’ve seen in your InStyle Magazine? Or would you follow my blog because I am a striving blogger, who wants to inspire real people like you, because I believe fashion is for everybody, regardless of race, color and nationality? Whatever your reason for following me, for reading my blog,  I always hope I give you comfort in believing in me.

My outfit for today, Charlotte Russe cropped candy jacket, old top, hi-lo skirt from Ross, lace up booties bought from Amazon, retro baroque sunnies from Amazon, and thrifted purse.

I hope you enjoyed your Monday Fashionistas! See you on my next post….
