Hello there again fab people! Tonight’s post is my dedication to America’s celebration of the 4th of July. At work, they kept asking me, how long have I been in the country and if I love it here….And there is only one thing I say all the time, heck yeah, I love the United States of America! You will ask me why, first and foremost, my husband is American and since I love everything about him, who and what he is, the very reason I should love America as well. Second, I don’t feel being an alien in the country. Not at all. It’s my second home. A home away from home. I remember I said to my husband, the place we are living in right now, it’s beginning to be like the place where I grew up in the Philippines. Everything is becoming more familiar each and everyday. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful and it’s like everyone knows everybody. And like what I have already said before, I am grateful to the country in general for the wonderful things I enjoy here, I would say it again, thank you America.
These pictures were taken in Salado Creek, Salado, Texas.
My outfit, Patriot top by fang, skirt from Rainbow (local store), lace up boots by Violet (local store), American Patriot Heart Shades from Amazon, Purse from Wetseal.
I hope you guys enjoy your 4th of July celebration.
Hi guys! How are you doing tonight? Great I hope 🙂 I just finished watching the NBA finals and I wasn’t so happy with the results, lol! But anyway, I am still having a goodnight. And I wanted to share to you an outfit I had yesterday for a lunch out at Chili’s with my husband. I called this “let’s squeeze some lemons” post because lemons are what I have in mind looking at the colors of my outfit. Hehe. I totally love it because its lemony color is very refreshing to the eyes, perfect for this blazing summer in Texas. I got this cutie bustier dress from Xhilaration, and my shoes from Amazon by C label, my purse and necklace online, my watch that I have been loving from Michael Kors, and Baroque sunnies from amazon. As you noticed, I painted my nails again which is also of the same color, I am happy about that but of course I had to remove it right away last night because today I had to go to work and the nail polish is a big no no. 😦
I hope you enjoyed my little post for tonight. See you on my next one lovely readers and visitors.
Hi. Howdy? I hope you guys are doing good. While sitting in the couch watching NBA, getting bored during the half-time report, lol, I am also playing with my photos using PS express. I thought things like this that we are able to download from our iPads, iPhones and the likes are cool. When I see photos from my friends posted on facebook using this kind of app from their gadgets, I just smiled but dont really wanna try it. I guess it’s advantageous to be bored sometimes because then you would think of something to entertain you and this thing in ps express did the trick on me 🙂
My outfit, top from sneakpeeq (free), ann Taylor purse, shorts DIY, Fedora from Payless and jelly shoes from amazon.
I hope you guys have a goodnight. Enjoy the game and goodluck to whichever team wins in the finals.

You know why the title, “The Shades That’s Out There?” Because after a little Korean Dinner with friends today, I dropped by McDonalds to get the husband some Frappe and the sales person at the window said, OMG! Your shades are out there! You see I have a black one of the same style, the baroque sunglasses as how it’s called and even my husband said, they are outrageous. I should buy more like of different colors. LOL! And so I started to buy another one and this time in white color. I still think they are more fabulous in black though.
Outfit of the day, Bonjour Top (worn before), Forever21 Distressed Pants, shoes and shades from amazon, long chain purse from zenufashion.
I hope you guys have a wonderful Father’s day! (Love our fathers, we only have one!)
Fashionistas! Hello there! I have just done cropping the photos my husband took today after him and I checked a few houses in accordance to our plan of moving to another house one day. I was wondering what the photos would look like without you seeing my shoes. Viola! Here they are! LOL! Just let me, okay? Thank you. 🙂
The dress is from forever21 I have bought a few seasons ago that I didn’t wear because I thought the bandage skirt part is too tight, but it’s summer time baby, so here it goes. I painted my nails today. Yay! It’s my day off from work so I did it. Too bad I have to remove it before work tomorrow. 😦 That is some work painting your nails and removing it a few hours after. Right?
I hope you guys enjoy this post. See yah, see yah on my next one. Happy Summer!
Happy Sunday fashionistas! This was taken during a tea party with friends a few days ago. It was awesome but so little time to enjoy. We started too late and we had to end the party early because my girlfriends’ kiddos still had to go to school the next day. But anyhow, I will still grade the party a 4 at the scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest.
I wore a forever21 dress that I have kept in the closet for a while still got its tag on it because I had been hesitant to wear it. The floppy hat is just an additional drama because of the “tea party” idea which in honest truth, I haven’t attended any before. Lol! I guess I could have researched but anyway, everyone looked wonderful in our little tea party outfits.
I wish you guys have a wonderful Sunday! See you on my next post. And more photos!
Hi fashionistas! How have you been doing? Great I hope. First, I wanted to say thank you to y’all for always being there in spite of me being gone for how many days. I can see readers now and followers, it means, I am not the only one visiting and viewing my blog now. LOL! Thank you very much.
This outfit was worn at a lunch out with my husband of course. This was a gift to me by my sister-in-law and I remember I have it in the closet for awhile now and I also remember how cute they were and comfy when I first fitted them. So I could not imagine why I had almost forgotten it but I figured out the material of this pair is so light and since my closet is so full of “junks” as what my husband calls it which I really need to fix soon, it was stuck in the middle of thicker clothes and I could not see it easily. So when I found it, I was so happy. Hehe. I used this big belt to create a cinch on the top which is also of the same color, my chocolate brown purse from wet seal, and to give a break on the monotony of colors, I used this beige light shoes I have been using in my previous posts.
I hope you guys enjoy my post. You all have a goodnight. Thank you very much.
It’s 85 degrees in Texas and all you can think of is taking a shower, swimming, going somewhere cool, hanging out in the park or better yet, staying at home just enjoying the coolness of the AC. But if you have some happy feet like mine, you would rather choose being out, not minding being sweaty, trying to be delusional that the trees could give you cooler air than the AC at home. LOL! First, because I wanted to take pictures, second, I wanted to see new places and third, I wanted to take pictures again. Hehe.
My outfit, dress I bought from Burlington, Flats from Moddeals.com, Black Purse from Bueno, Baroque sunnies from Amazon and accessories from zenufashion.com
You guys have a wonderful Sunday! See you all again on my next post.
Good morning fabulous fashionistas! So okay, I woke up so early today which is very unusual. I am never an early bird but let see what we can do this early morning starting with my blog. (I am grinning!)
I wore this outfit yesterday to go out shopping with one of my girl friends. The nautical look! Stripes, white, red and blue. I have been looking for a striped dress but I couldn’t find one that really flatters my figure in order for me to make a post about doing the nautical look. Maybe because I am too choosy when it comes to stripes. You see, I don’t have a lot of stripes, I am scared of horizontal stripes in particular. Haha! But that could change. While this outfit is so laid back, I was just having a good time helping my friend doing her summer clothes shopping and doing a little bit of mine too.
Okay guys, you have a happy weekend. I hope you enjoy my little post. See you all again on my next one.
Hello guys! I am just trying on a dress I bought from Rue21 some months ago which I haven’t worn to any occasion. Tsk! The dress still got the original tag on it and I just decided to sell it on ebay and fortunately, it had already been sold. A little money for me to buy something else later. LOL! Well, I think the dress looks so cute and pretty for a simple cocktail look. Someone who had bought it on ebay could wear it to something like going out clubbing with her girlfriends or even to anniversary celebration with a husband or a fiancé.
I hope you guys have a goodnight. See you on my next post.
